Over a 13-week period, I led a team of cross-functional professionals to refresh the Vector Remote Care brand, aligning it more closely with the medical technology industry and its standards. The initiative involved a comprehensive brand audit and strategic redesign to modernize Vector’s image and strengthen its presence in a competitive market. This process ensured our new brand identity would resonate with both healthcare providers and patients.

In parallel, I oversaw the development and launch of a new flagship website designed to increase marketing-driven leads. We optimized the website for user experience, SEO, and streamlined content, ensuring it effectively communicated our value proposition while enhancing engagement with prospective clients.
