A major part of my role at SBMRI was managing the production of the Institute’s quarterly donor magazine. I was responsible for working with the Institute’s philanthropy department to define the issue’s theme and content, before creating the production schedule and story budget. I would then work with a external creative agency to determine the cover art, internal layout, printing, mailing, and digital distribution. I also wrote the majority of the content and selected the photographs (in some instances, I also shot the photos) for each issue. This is the final issue I created and is the Spring 2015 magazine.
